The role of Parent Liaison aims to answer the questions and address the issues that those who are familiar with boarding schools tend to take for granted ensuring that parents have all the information they need.
- All Arnold Foundation parents are contacted once or, maybe twice a term, to check that everything is going well and that they don't have any concerns or questions.
- Reassurance is offered on a variety of issues from homesickness, discipline, academic work and so on.
- Other dates for informal gatherings are offered.
- It is an important role; it is our aim that the Arnold Foundation students integrate well into the Rugby School community, and therefore essential that parents or guardians feel comfortable and secure within the same environment.
A team of five current and former Rugby parents provide parent and family liaison support.
