Crash Courses are our holiday swim program which is both comprehensive and intensive. The courses run over consecutive days and will help children and adults develop water confidence as well as improving skills and technique.
For children, these courses are very popular before holidays to give children an extra boost for swimming in the sun, but also an ideal insight into our Junior Swim Lesson program.
Each lesson runs for 30 minutes and our stroke specific crash courses will run for 60 minutes. This is the equivalent of 5 weeks swimming lessons in one week. On completion all swimmers will receive a certificate. It is also possible to achieve awards during these crash courses which can be purchased at an additional cost.
Designed for swimmers from Stage 1 upwards, the courses are ideal for current swimmers on our program who are looking to improve technique, learn to dive and perform competitive starts and turns. The courses are also great for new swimmers who want to progress quickly or for those that want to be assessed to join our Junior Swim Programme.
Each group has a maximum of six swimmers with the exception of stroke specific courses which have a maximum of 12.
Entry for stroke specific courses is Goldfish (Stage 4)
The next course dates are:
Date: February Half Term
If you are a junior member you benefit from 10% discount on all 4 or 5 day crash courses.
