An annual event, this world class test is only open to the UK’s very best chemists. Half of the candidates are awarded a bronze, silver or gold, with Rugby School entrants, Steph Cheng, Josh Cara, Jack Beere, Kelan Treanor, Emily Lauterpacht, Roo Fynn, Richie Yeung, Timothy Kerr-Chin, Aiden McGuirk all achieving a silver.

Karim Sabapathy and Jasmine Ho were awarded bronze.

The School runs enrichment classes in Chemistry to help its students prepare for this most challenging of Science tests.
