Celebrating Our IB Diploma Results

Congratulations to our IB Diploma cohort who received their results this weekend.

The Diploma is the gold standard in Sixth Form education. Those that undertake and pass it have done fantastically well, having continued to study English, Mathematics, a Language, a Humanity and a Science.

We are hugely proud of the effort of all of our IB Diploma cohort who have achieved excellent grades. 20% of the Higher Level grades awarded were a 7 and 72% were 7 or 6 . Of the 26 candidates this year, 60% achieved the equivalent of AAA (666) or better in their Higher Levels while 30% were awarded the equivalent of A*AA (766) or better.

Particular congratulations go to Nicole, Jade, Josephine, Elena and Zofia who were awarded 40 points or better, and to Sofiia who achieved a remarkable 44 points out of a possible 45.

The School average of 36 points, which may rise following remarks, is well above the typical world average of 30 points placing Rugby’s results among the best in the world.
