William Webb Ellis Trophy - Under 10s Rugby Tournament

About this Event

Rugby School is launching its first annual U10s Schools Boys’ Rugby Tournament this autumn at the start of the Rugby World Cup 2019.

A chance to play rugby at the birthplace of the game in a World Cup year, the ultimate prize for the finalists will be the honour of playing on the historic Close, a privilege usually reserved for our XV matches.

The winning team will also be the first to raise The Rugby School Webb Ellis Trophy with their school’s name making history as part of this inaugural event.

With an emphasis on fun, this exciting tournament promises some rip-roaring action as teams test their skills and endurance.

Headed up by our Director of Rugby, Mike Bayly, a former Super Rugby and Currie Cup coach, there will be the chance to learn some tips and talk to Mike about rugby scholarships available here at Rugby School.
