In collaboration with Talent for Growth, our expert mentoring partner, we match Rugbeians with dedicated mentors for structured, online mentoring sessions.

Each year, the Rugbeian Society offers a range of internships provided by successful Rugbeians who are committed to supporting younger Rugbeians aged 19–26. These opportunities span a variety of industries and offer valuable experience, the chance to develop new skills and the opportunity to build a strong professional network. Interns benefit from the guidance of fellow Rugbeians who are ready to support the next stage of their career journey.

The Rugbeian Society Business Forums bring Rugbeians together to share insight, experience and ideas across a range of industries. These events provide space for thoughtful conversation, professional connection and the exchange of expertise. They reflect our belief that growth continues long beyond school.
