Introducing Our New Heads and Deputy Heads of School

We are delighted to announce our new Heads of School and Deputy Heads of School for the academic year, pictured here with Head Master Gareth Parker-Jones.

John and Bexie take on the roles of Heads of School this year. John enjoys a wide range of sports, particularly rugby, hockey, cricket and tennis, and values time spent with friends both in and out of school. Bexie enjoys playing tennis and spending time with friends, and hopes to study Geography at university.

Supporting them in their leadership are Deputy Heads of School Xavier, who plays rugby for the XV and is aiming to study in the USA, and Connie, a proud northerner who represents the 3rd team girls’ cricket and says that singing in Chapel is one of the highlights of her week.

Reflecting on the appointments, Head Master Gareth Parker-Jones said:

“The Heads and Deputy Heads of School have shown great energy and commitment in their early weeks in post. They have been working closely with the Levée and Sixths to develop some really exciting plans for their year in office. We look forward to seeing those plans come to fruition.”
