Rugby School’s War Poetry By Heart Final

On Monday evening, Rugby School held its War Poetry By Heart final in a packed Macready Theatre.

Head of English, Tom Eyre-Maunsell, said:
“It was reaffirming to see so many students supporting their peers, and Judge Adam Naylor commented on the occasion being consistently the best he had heard for some years.”

There were some outstanding performances, with Alfie winning the Senior category and Thomas winning the FB competition.
