Temi Olugbenga (Sh 13-15): 30 Under 30

Temi co-founded Sylt in 2020 with a friend, with the aim of modernising pickling and making it more accessible. Sylt Pickling produces award-winning pickling liquors making home preservation easier whilst helping to reduce food waste.

Temi is a mentor and trustee at the Royal National Children’s SpringBoard Foundation and whilst at Rugby School was an Arnold Foundation student.
