United Nations select Gosia as Youth Delegate

Sixth form student Gosia recently spent two weeks at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, serving as a member of the official diplomatic mission of Poland to the UN.

Gosia delivered statements on behalf of the Polish government on topics including children’s rights, social development, and the impact of new digital technologies on crime. She also participated in debates of the UN General Assembly committees, as well as other specialised agencies of the UN System. Serving as the Youth Delegate for the whole year, Gosia will negotiate this year’s UN resolutions and organise side events on topics concerning global youth.
